Arab Students Missing

Eleven Egyptian students, bound for Montana State University, have vanished in New York City.

An MSU spokesman comments, “We’re very disappointed by this. It would be regrettable if the misadventures or irresponsibility of a number of students damaged these kinds of programs.”
It would indeed be much more “regrettable” if any such students have deadlier adventures in mind.
NY Rep. Peter King observes less euphemistically: “Having a number of students from an Arab country arriving on student visas and disappearing is cause for concern.”
Exactly.
