On September 26, I wrote about the purge of religious student groups in the Wisconsin university system. The university had either refused to recognize or derecognized the InterVarsity Christian Fellowship at Superior and the Knights of Columbus, Roman Catholic Foundation, Calvary (Lutheran) Chapel, and Christian Legal Society at Madison. This afternoon, one of those groups decided to fight back. InterVarsity has filed suit against the Board of Regents of the University System challenging its almost year-long derecognition.
