William & Mary now has a new program in place to “promote a diverse and respectful community.” It’s called the Bias Reporting System. Any member of the “community” may report a “bias-related incident,” defined as incidents “related to race, gender, sexual orientation religion, or other protected conditions,” through “multiple modes of reporting,” and “Confidentiality will be honored.” So, watch what you say at William & Mary. People may be listening, and the Bias Reporting Team is ready to act.
