Campus Intolerance

Writing in the Minneapolis Star-Tribune, Mitch Pearlstein contends that, contrary to the opinion of some people, the 80s were hardly a time of openness and tolerance on college campuses. Moreover, the intolerance we find today is nearly always aimed at speakers like Linda Chavez whose opposition to leftist shibboleths make them targets.
