Can Entrepreneurship Be Taught?

In today’s Pope Center piece, I offer some thoughts on the pro and con last week in the Wall Street Journal. Would an American with ambition and ideas who was considering starting up a company be better off taking one or more courses on entrepreneurship, or just plunging in? It’s hard to say.
