Caterpillar CEO Thinks Our Education System Has Failed

There is a piece in the Chicago Tribune about Caterpillar’s CEO. He laments that it’s hard for his company to find qualified workers. It’s not that they need college degrees, but that they lack the basic trainability that American high-school grads used to possess.
