A survey done by Kaplan Test Prep finds that fewer students who plan to go to law school are also thinking of going into politics.
Iām inclined to see this as good news. The law-school curriculum is so filled with courses that amount to, as Suffolk University law professor Charles Rounds puts it, ābad sociology,ā and the faculties are so full of foolish zealots like Derrick Bell and Lani Guinier, that law students are more apt than anyone else to absorb statist notions. The fewer lawyers in politics, the better.
