In “Middlebury’s Arabic morass” Franck Salameh credited the college’s summer program with successfully teaching students Arabic. But he also showed it thoroughly indoctrinates them in a biased Arab-nationalist view of Middle Eastern history.
Lo! Middlebury has now instituted a School of Hebrew – a “balancing act” not unrelated, I wager, to the damning Salameh analysis.
