In a College Insurrection piece, attorney Hans Bader of the Competitive Enterprise Institute writes about the ways in which the Obama administration continues to undermine the First Amendment with overly broad regulations against “bullying.”

Free speech and due process are taking a thumping in a field where the federal government actually has no role whatsoever under the Constitution. Double-whammy.
