Evidence of Declining Faculty Teaching Loads

In today’s Pope Center piece, Jenna Robinson looks at the data on average faculty teaching obligations. They have fallen considerably over the last few decades. This fits nicely with Carol’s post on Professor Rubinstein’s dolce vita at the University of Illinois. This is a wonderful example of successful rent-seeking.
