Looks Like Evidence for the Mismatch Theory

On his excellent TaxProf blog, Paul Caron links to a story about a minority woman who was admitted to Harvard Law, struggled and received “accommodations” so she could complete exams, then failed the Massachusetts bar exam twice (the second time also with accommodations). At that point, the law firm that had hired her as an associate terminated their relationship. Now she is suing that firm.

People who demand such accommodations are ignoring the signals that reality is sending them.
