I’d say there is a pretty good chance that the presidential and/or vice-presidential candidates will get a question about affirmative action during the debates at some point, given the amount of media coverage that Fisher v. University of Texas has received during the runup to its oral argument before the Supreme Court on October 10. Fortunately, the right answers have been supplied to the candidates already, here.
