A new publicly-funded law school is being proposed at a cost of $80 million in Texas. That would be the same state currently facing a $27 billion budget shortfall and in which there are already not enough jobs for current law-school graduates.
After they build the law school, the Texas legislature will build an ice factory in Antarctica.
