Larry Purdy on That Sixth Circuit Decision

Larry Purdy, one of the lawyers who fought the good fight in the University of Michigan cases in 2003 (and who has written for the Pope Center on “affirmative action” issues), weighs in with his thoughts on that appalling decision by the Sixth Circuit — the decision holding that it’s a violation of the Equal Protection Clause for a state to adopt a constitutional measure requiring equal treatment of its citizens.
