Law School Accreditation

Writing today on Townhall, George Mason University professor Walter Williams tees off on the American Bar Association’s accreditation standards, which bludgeon law schools into making “diversity” a top priority.

There is a simple, Gordian Knot-cutting solution: States should no longer restrict their bar exams just to graduates of ABA-accredited schools, as many do. Anyone ought to be allowed to sit for the exam, no matter where or how they studied the law.
