Massacre at Christian University

Yesterday’s headline out of Oakland is the kind we’ve all become far too used to in recent years: A school, a socially marginalized loner, a gun.

At tiny Oikos University, founded largely to serve to Korean Christian students studying nursing or for the clergy, the familiar script has played out once again in horrifying fashion. Today, seven of the school’s 100 students are dead.

Words fail.
