Michigan Voters Made the Right Decision

USA Today is running one of its usual pro-and-con treatments on the Schuette case (that is, the case arguing that it’s a violation of the U.S. Constitution for voters in a state to write a rule of color-blindness into their own constitution). I was asked to write the counter to the editors’ position. I did, and in the 375 words allowed, here’s my opposing view.
