Over at Minding the Campus, I have a longer essay about the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights report on Title IX compliance that I mentioned here recently. Again, the Commission’s recommendations reflect a commonsense policy agenda that would do wonders to alleviate the perverse, rigid incentives that Title IX currently places on schools.
