A Pakistani woman trained in neuroscience at MIT tried to gun down U.S. Army officers at a facility in Afghanistan, where she was being held for questioning as a suspected terrorist. Aafia Siddiqui, mother of three, had mysteriously disappeared earlier during a visit to Pakistan midst allegations that she belonged to a Boston-based al Qaeda cell.
