Must Be in the Back Row!

At the University of Michigan, diversity in everything but a redesign of the football stadium:

Richard Bernstein, attorney for the group and a part-time U-M professor, said the new stadium design is especially upsetting because the university has been championing diversity since voters passed Proposal 2, which bans affirmative action in university admissions.
“The university president goes out and makes all these proclamations about how the university values diversity and at the same time she knowingly relegates disabled people to the back row,” Bernstein said. If the dispute can’t be resolved through talks, Bernstein said he’s ready to take legal action against the university.
