Nasty Tempest in a Teapot at UNC

In this piece at Forbes, former Harvard dean Harry Lewis and the Pope Center’s Jane Shaw write about the ugly, messy situation that has arisen at UNC over a rape allegation. Such cases are hard and don’t really belong in university disciplinary systems, but federal regulations have made things worse. UNC’s own rules then added new ingredients to this witches’ brew.
