Negative Action

A new law-journal article argues that ending racial preferences would not help Asian American students. (I first learned of it here.) I’m skeptical, in part because the author is clearly committed to all the usual nostrums about the educational value of “diversity.” But I’ve only read it quickly, and eagerly await the responses of the people he attacks.
