… when reformers have their facts in order. The Spokesman Review has a good piece on phony degrees — more specifically on the identity of those who have actually bought them.
I have long believed, and acted upon the belief, that when the opportunity presents itself, naming those who are destroying higher education is a powerful and underutilized reformist tool. Think of it: naming delinquent trustees et al.
