Public Catching On At Last?

Patrick M. Callan says that the public’s willingness to endlessly spend more on higher education is breaking down. His organization, the National Center for Public Policy and Higher Education, and Public Agenda, shows that the public is concerned about what higher education institutions are doing with their money.
