In the post below on Mary Frances Berry, she is quoted as saying, regarding preferential treatment, that “where you have equal qualified people,” you take “the people with less.” Does that make sense? War is peace, some are more equal than others? Am I missing something? Also she says that the Supreme Court has upheld affirmative action for women, or “inclusion of women in opportunities,” but fallen short on race. Does anyone know to what she is referring? Was there a SC case regarding preferential treatment for women?
