Note well the monumentally silly programs the feds are paying for, such as this one: “Michigan is experimenting with ‘interactive’ theater as a means of raising faculty consciousness about gender bias. At special workshops, physicists and engineers watch skits where overbearing men ride roughshod over hapless but obviously intellectually superior female colleagues.”
The “gender equity” crusade won’t give us better science, but it will waste a lot of money and interfere with the work of scientists, men and women alike.
