The California State Bar is playing along with the nasty tactics employed by the likes of BAMN (defending race preferences By Any Means Necessary) to block repeal or even critical examination of the regime of racial preferences that is their crowning “achievement.”
The truth of the matter is that “affirmative action” is just an unquestionable dogma to many of the people who have invested a great deal of emotion in it. Marxists have their belief in “the iron law of wages” and our race hustlers have their belief in group preferences.
