Law schools grew fat and happy over the last several decades, but the future for many of them will be much leaner. Some might even decide against hiring professors to teach what Professor Charles Rounds calls “bad sociology“ courses. Perhaps some will even find that they have to ditch tendentious legal-theory courses that have provided cozy little nooks for the kinds of radicals and activists Walter Olson wrote about in his book Schools for Misrule.
