The Speaker

Chronicle:

President Bush will give the commencement speech at three colleges this spring, the White House announced on Monday.
On April 28, Mr. Bush will address graduating seniors at the Kendall campus of Miami Dade College, in Miami.
On May 11, he will speak at Saint Vincent College, a Roman Catholic, liberal-arts college in Latrobe, Pa. Saint Vincent’s president, H. James Towey, served for four years as Mr. Bush’s director of faith-based initiatives.
On May 23, Mr. Bush will be the commencement speaker at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, in New London, Conn. The president traditionally speaks at a different military-service academy each year.
