‘Sunshine’ Won’t Cut It

A new California law will, as its sponsor says, shed a bit of “sunshine” on higher education executive compensation. 
Former U.C. Regent Ward Connerly rightly states “that the problem of rising administrative costs and the attendant escalation of higher education costs is going to require much more than a ‘little sunshine’ to curtail it.” (Minding the Campus)
