Ten Steps to Improve the UNC System

In today’s Pope Center piece, Jane Shaw presents the talk she gave to the UNC Faculty Assembly. She discusses ten steps that the UNC administration ought to take to improve the system’s educational effectiveness and lower its costs.

There is nothing specific to North Carolina here. Higher-education reformers in any state could make the same arguments.
