Two Dukies Indicted

Despite an admitted lack of DNA evidence, Durham County district attorney Michael Nifong has secured two indictments against members of the Duke lacrosse team.

These indictments raise several questions:
-Why were only two players indicted? The accuser originally said she was raped by three men.
-In light of the lack of DNA evidence and the credibility issuesdogging the accuser, what evidence was presented that convinced a grand jury to indict?
-Does Nifong have a substantial case against these young men, or is this merely a political show leading up to election season?
The two defendants may appear in court later today, and according to reports Ryan McFadyn–the team member who sent a vicious e-mail that made headlines earlier this month–is not one of them.
