After praising Harvard’s new president, Drew Gilpin Faust, for opposing the proposed boycott of Israeli academics by British academics, the editors of The New York Sun call on her to take a next step – that is, to lead the way by addressing, at her upcoming inauguration, “the responsibilities of a university to its country in a war against an enemy determined not only to destroy Israel but also the rest of Western civilization.”
