Was it my imagination or did the biggest outburst of applause from both sides of the aisle last night come when the president announced, “That means building a new generation of safe, clean nuclear power plants in this country?” I think some Democrats are starting to come around on this issue, as well.
Max Schulz’s question remains, though: Did the president really mean it?
