Counting the Votes to Delay the EPA

Politico estimates there are 56 Senate votes, with 8 on the fence, in support of Jay Rockefeller’s bill to delay for two years the EPA’s attempt to regulate greenhouse emissions from stationary sources. (Fifty support full preemption of the EPA’s authority to so regulate.) Here are the 14 who might like to hear from you:
