Chris Horner noted below a blog post purporting to report on an International Criminal Court tort case that was to be filed on behalf of future generations of earthlings, accompanied by an image of the rumored filing — except the pictured filing was about growing pot in Montana. Was the purpose to confuse or to amuse?
