Greg Pollowitz had a little fun earlier today with a Tom Nelson post pointing out the hypocrisy of the American Museum of Natural History’s stance on bottled water. But seriously, bottled water is under severe threat from environmentalists around the country. People value bottled water because its quality is assured, it is convenient and water is essential to our health. The latest legislative assault on bottled water is driven by the “baptists” of the environmental movement and the “bootleggers” of the water filter and water cooler industries. If that last reference mystifies you, there’s a whole section on baptists and bootleggers in my book.
