Fiddling about the burning

NAM’s blog reminds us how, at its most rapid, Congress’s pace cannot keep up with the news.

The House “select committee” on global warming quickly scheduled a hearing to ride the media claims tying the California brush fires to the phenomenon. Not quickly enough, however, for the alarmism to be completely debunked, including by the nearby LA Times, no less.
Don’t expect that to mean Thursday’s hearing is canceled.
