In his New Hampshire town hall today, the president seemed to acknowledge that cap-and-trade legislation is unlikely to survive the Senate:
Obama says “we may be able to separate” cap-and-trade from a broader energy bill, “and it’s conceivable that that’s where the Senate ends up.”
