The Asian carp, the dreaded invasive species decimating America’s fresh-water lakes and rivers, might have finally met it’s match: lemon and butter.

Invaders, Yes. But quite tasty.

I wonder if Asian carp chefs will be able to apply for an exemption from the FDA’s pending salt rules — some kind of sodium ration coupon — since eating this fish is clearly in the ecological interest of the United States.
