I have the “Letter of the Day” in the Washington Times today, here, unmasking the cynical ploy behind EPA’s pretensions to read rewrite the Clean Air Act however it chooses in order to push the global-warming agenda on you.
One note: it was EPA assistant administrator for air, Gina McCarthy – not Lisa Jackson — who told the Senate that the administration would just speak with green groups so that they wouldn’t sue to force EPA to enforce the patently unlawful regulations it hopes to establish. I misspoke, and await Ms. Jackson’s rebuke of me . . . and her assistant administrator . . . for our respective transgressions.
