12-Year-Old Ohio State Fan Names His Brain Tumor ‘Michigan’

And, as expected, Michigan is getting its butt kicked:

A young Ohio State fan has won the fight of his life against cancer and is celebrating at the expense of heated rival Michigan for good measure.

Twelve-year-old Grant Reed, who was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2011, named his tumor “Michigan” to motivate him for the long, scary battle ahead.

Doctors and faculty at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Ohio marked the occasion with a traditional bell-ringing ceremony that symbolizes renewed life.

When Grant was asked why he named his tumor Michigan, he replied, “Because Michigan sucks.” I love this kid.
