Fox Pregame to Include O’Reilly–Obama Interview

USA Today:

President Obama will again do the traditional Super Bowl Sunday television interview, this time with Fox News conservative host Bill O’Reilly.

O’Reilly speaks with Obama on Feb. 2 as part of Fox’s pre-game show.

The network that broadcasts the big game gets the presidential sit-down; Fox Sports is broadcast the pro football championship game between the Denver Broncos and Seattle Seahawks.

This will be third time O’Reilly has interviewed Obama, including a sometimes contentious interview on Super Bowl Sunday of 2011.

The two jousted over health care, protests in Egypt, politics — and football.

About a week ago, O’Reilly got into a heated exchange with Hot Air’s Mary Katharine Ham over marijuana legalization. With the president’s recent remarks on the safety of marijuana, here’s hoping that O’Reilly accuses President Obama of harming children as he did with Ham.

It will be a hard question to avoid, as both home states of both teams have approved legal marijuana.
