The DangeRuss Dog – The hot dog was inspired by Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson and his love of mac ‘n’ cheese. The foot-long hot dog is topped with Beecher’s mac ‘n’cheese, the Seattle favorite that Sportservice serves at CenturyLink Field, as well as caramelized onions, house-made Sriracha honey hot sauce, diced jalapeno peppers and crispy “Seahawks Strips,” fried blue and green tortilla chips.
They had me at mac ‘n’ cheese, but I’d buy a second one because of the Sriracha and jalapeños.
