Building Restrictions Have Stifled New York’s Growth

Ed Glaeser takes note of the pathetically sluggish rate of population growth in New York city, and he suggests that building restrictions are the culprit. He is clearly correct. This is the kind of thing that makes me want to punch myself in the head.
