Chris Papagianis on Building an Intelligent Transportation Network

My Economics 21 colleague Chris Papagianis has a new Reuters column arguing that we should abandon our monomaniacal obsession with pouring concrete and instead encourage the more efficient allocation of existing transportation resources to reduce congestion, traffic delays, and long commutes. In it, he highlights some of the innovative thinking being done on autonomous vehicles, traffic data, and street parking, among other things.
