Nina Paley on Culture as an Anti-Rivalrous Good

I absolutely loved Nina Paley’s explanation of the concept of rivalrous, non-rivalrous, and anti-rivalrous goods. If she is right to describe culture as anti-rivalrous, and I think she is, the implications for our intellectual property regime are profound.
