Richard Thaler’s 28 Plan

Though I can’t say Richard Thaler’s 28 Plan is my first choice for a tax code overhaul, it is vastly preferable to where the Obama administration will have to go if the president is reelected and he intends to hold fast to his commitment to shield households earning less than $250,000 from tax increases.
