Republican Terry Branstad, the former governor of Iowa, is reportedly thinking of running again. He just resigned as president of Des Moines University, suggesting he might have something else taking up a lot of his time in the near future.
Polling indicates that if he’s in, he beats the current Democratic governor of Iowa, Chet Culver.
