Big Turnout in Suburbs, Southie

I’m hearing that there is 2008-level turnout in some suburban communities: Norwell, Andover, Cohasset.
Norwell: McCain: 3,242 Obama: 2,937. More:

In the presidential race in Norwell, however, voters supported Arizona Sen. John McCain with a small majority, 51 percent in favor of the Republican candidate to 46 percent in favor of the Democrat, Obama.

The other two were won by Obama, but relatively narrowly:

Andover: McCain: 7,786, Obama 10,138.

Cohasset: McCain 2,155, Obama 2,378.

Keep in mind, Obama won the state 61.8 percent to 35.9 percent.

Also hearing huge turnout in Cape Cod; turnout in white wards in Boston (Southie, Eastie, Charlestown) is between 40 percent and 48 percent; turnout in the more African-American wards like Roxbury and Mattapan is closer to 25 percent.
